Vogen Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Vogen application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations of Canada. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this App.

2. Description of Service

Vogen is a lightweight iOS application focused on core photography scenarios. Our mission is "Easy Recording, Effortless Creation" with features including:

• Photo capture using front and rear cameras
• Flexible camera switching
• Picture-in-Picture (PIP) photography mode
• Tools for quick capture of life, travel, and daily sharing moments

3. User Accounts

Some features may require account creation. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information and content. By using Vogen, you consent to our collection and use of data as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

5. User Content

You retain all rights to the photos and content you create using Vogen. However, by using our App, you grant Vogen a limited license to use, host, and store your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law in Canada, Vogen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the App.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes through the App or via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
